Sustainability

Built to last, powered by green energy

Renewable energy, smart building services and green surroundings are part of every Pi Invest development, so our buildings stay efficient and pleasant to use for decades.

Our approach

Sustainability starts with the site plan

We develop our own portfolio and keep operating much of it after handover, so the running costs and the footprint of a building matter to us as much as they do to our tenants and residents.

That is why solar power, efficient building services and generous green space are in the brief from the first sketch, not added at the end. The same thinking runs through our residential parks and our industrial and logistics halls.

Our mission

Our mission is to inspire a positive, lasting impact.

Five principles

What every Pi Invest building delivers

From the first idea to completion, the same five principles guide every one of our developments.

01

Modern design

Forward looking technical solutions that will still be current decades from now.

02

Smart buildings

Automated systems you can control remotely, with energy savings you can measure.

03

Care for the environment

Preserving and creating green surroundings is part of every site plan we draw.

04

Renewable energy

Solar parks, electric vehicle charging and the combined use of green energy sources.

05

Innovative thinking

Original ideas, designs and technical solutions, from the first sketch to the handover of the keys.
